My husband and I had a truly wonderful experience at Ka'ana. The rooms were lovely and comfortable, and we experienced exceptional customer service throughout our stay. The staff made us feel right at home, and the excursions organized by the hotel were outstanding, especially the tour to Tikal. The dining was surprisingly delightful, though we could have enjoyed one more day to fully appreciate everything the hotel had to offer.
