My husband and I had a truly wonderful experience at Ka'ana. The rooms were lovely and comfortable, and we experienced exceptional customer service throughout our stay. The staff made us feel right at home, and the excursions organized by the hotel were outstanding, especially the tour to Tikal. The dining was surprisingly delightful, though we could have enjoyed one more day to fully appreciate everything the hotel had to offer.

The staff is incredibly nice and made our experience truly memorable, especially with activities for our little one. However, our stay was somewhat marred by poor communication regarding scheduled services and some housekeeping issues. The overall experience was unique, but it didn't quite meet the expectations set by the price point.
